College Financing Plan
SOCHi is committed to using the College Financing Plan (Shopping Sheet) to provide all prospective veteran and service members, with a personalized Shopping Sheet that contains standardized information describing the cost of attending and the federal and state financial aid available.
The College Financing Plan is a standardized form developed by the U.S. Department of Education to simplify the information students receive from colleges and universities about educational costs and financial aid to easily compare institutions and make informed decisions about which institution to attend.
Veterans Shopping Sheet
The federal shopping sheet was created to help students compare college costs. You must apply for financial aid to receive a shopping sheet like the one below. Data will only appear if you have submitted a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) AND have a completed financial aid file showing Title IV eligibility. Veterans, educational benefits will only appear if you have turned in all required documents and your Veterans Certification Request Form. Contact the Office of Student Finance if you would like an estimated shopping sheet.
Finance Your Education at SOCHi

Applying for Financial Aid does not need to be stressful. The first step is completing your FAFSA.

Students are offered, when eliligible, a combination of several types of aid. These may include federal grants, federal and loans, VA (Veteran Affairs) education benefits, and state funding for dislocated workers.

The Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 requires that postsecondary institutions participating in federal student aid programs disclose information from various administrative areas to students. The information to be disclosed here is intended to support Southern California Health Institute’s compliance with federal law. Visit the HEOA website for more information.
