Come work out with SOCHi's NASM trained and certified graduates who will lead you in fun and intense interval and circuit training classes in their beautiful on-site fitness center. SOCHi has been educating the community since 1996 for exciting careers in health and wellness including Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy Aide, Personal Training, Medical Assistant and Medical Billing and Coding.
SQUAD Small Group Training:
Combining the benefits of personal training with the atmosphere of group fitness, our SQUAD Small Group Training provides a team of 2-4 people with an energetic workout that focuses on muscle-building workouts that will not only improve your strength, but also your sense of community.
